    WORD PROCESSING

When I had windows 98 there was a program called Kodak Imaging. Windows XP does not have it. I frequently have to fill out forms for my organization. I used to scan the form and put it in Kodak imaging. From there I could enter the necessary information and it would enter on to the form nice and neat looking.
Is there a way to use the Windows word to do the same thing or an inexpensive program that takes the place of imaging? I have done it using the text boxes but that seems to be a very clumsy way to fill out a form.

First of all, see if this is of any help: Kodak Imaging

What you called Windows Word is also not a part of Windows rather a standalone word processor. What you're looking for is typically called an "OCR" program. I think one was recommended to you in your other thread, but if you do a Google on something like "OCR software," you'll get other apps you can look at. Let us know how you make out.

If you have a scanner, the scanner likely came with a watered down version of some OCR product.
