It is not clear to me exactly what you mean by "these fancy Report Selection Forms".

Do you mean a form for selecting what report you want, or one for specifying multiple criteria for reports ? or somethig else?
    Regards
    John

Selecting what report you want and specifying multiple criteria.

So far I have a form, from which I can select a Report Category, then select a Report, and Date Range. From this point I have Pop Up Forms, for cboSelect1, cboSelect2, cboSelect3, cboSelect4, as needed. Would like to consolidate this onto one form. Not asking for trade secretes just a pointing to a place that I can find this Knowledge.

    Thank You Kindly

You can download a Menu Manager add-in, with a sample database to practice on, from Code Samples on Helen Feddema's website. The version for Access 97 is code11.zip (note: it's a 740 KB download.)

Found my answer in the book "Access 97 Expert Solutions" chapter 18. This is the Leszynski naming conventions book.
