    Create a bullet (Word 2002)

    Heyyall.
I want to use a letter that I've surrounded with a nicely edged circle - created as a text box in word - as a bullet. I have a series of these letters, A through J, but I haven't figured out how to install them in the bullet directory. Recreating in Photoshop is awful - too big, too feathered and mushy. I guess there's a huge difference between a jpg and a font. What to do? thanks,
    Naomi

Yes, outline fonts are much more flexible than bitmaps. In other contexts, Word is very good about printing at the highest resolution. So, for example, if you "resized" the image to 300dpi in Photoshop, the screen display might look fuzzy in Word but the printout would be very smooth. Not sure this helps in your situation. If not, you might go font shopping on the web. <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>
