    Delegate from different domain (2000)

I've been trying to add a delegate from a different domain. Under Delegates, I can see the person and add her, and give her rights, but once I click apply, she disappears. Any ideas of why this is happening? They are both in the same Exchange server. The one that's trying to delegate is in the same domain, the one that I'm trying to give the delegation to is in a different domain, and is disabled on the Exchange server, with Mailbox Rights of Read, Full, & Associated.

I'd appreciate any help you can give me. This is driving me nuts!

Have the rights been granted both on the server and the client?

I confess I don't understand at all how "...is disabled on the Exchange server..." fits into the picture you atre describing. Could you perhaps explain that piece a bit more.
