    back-up (Outlook XP)

A friend of mine asked for help. She uses outlook and outlook express (don't ask me why she uses both) and suddenly realised she didn't know where outlook stores the addressbook and mailboxes.
I looked but can't find it either.
Can somebody please tell me, so she can back-up her system correctly.
    Thanks

    Re: back-up (Outlook XP)

This MS Knowled Base article has all of the information for Outlook Express and this one has a downloadable tool that backs up Outlook data.

Just as a footnote, the two program work in a completely opposite manner: Outlook blobs all the data into one big file (unless you manually reorganize it), while Outlook Express creates lots of separate files. No wonder everyone's confused!
