Paste HTML into Word, Style Changed to Lowercase (

When pasting HTML into Word, it attempts to change element class names into style names. However, Word seems to convert the name to all lower-case. For example, the following HTML:

    <P class=My_Style_Name>Text Here</p>

Comes into word with the style "my_style_name".

Is this a known bug? Is there any way around it? It wouldn't be so bad, but Word's style names are definately case-sensitive.

I don't have a real solution for you but this might help as a workaround if you are trying to make use of a style already defined in your Word document.

One way to force this pasted content into using a single style which already exists in your document is to make use of style aliases. If your document has a style already called "My_Style_Name,my_style_name" then if you paste in content which uses either My_Style_Name OR my_style_name then both become the same physical style.
