HTML Printing from Rule Loses Formatting (Outlook 2000 SP-3 Corporate)

I have a rule set up that automatically notifies me when a daily newsletter comes in, moves it to the correct folder, and prints it. I just changed the newsletter to HTML format recently. In normal printing from Outlook, it prints fine, with all the HTML formatting intact. However, when printing from the rule, I lose the formatting and images and all the hyperlinks print out with the full URL beside them. I don't see any way to tweak print options from the rule (it just says "print it"). Why is this happening, and is there a solution? BTW, I changed the default printer to test it, and replicated the problem. So it seems to be tied to Outlook and the rule.

Just to make sure that you aren't victim of some corporate IT policy, can you print out an in-house HTML message without losing the formatting?
