Bogus 'Data Consolidation' warning on HTML Save (9

When I use the 'Save As Web Page' menu option, I get the following message:

"The following features from your workbook will not be saved in the HTML file: Data consolidation. Do you want to continue saving in HTML?"

I've read all the help text and KB articles I can find and I can't figure out why this message is appearing -- the spreadsheet is as plain and simple as possible. If I click 'OK', the HTML gets generated correctly. Unfortunately, the irritation factor of the message is preventing rollout of the application to end-users (and is making the 'hands-off, VB-driven' version completely unworkable.

If you open a brand-new file and save as HTML do you get the message?

If you do not, I would assume that you have some "data consolidation" somewhere in the file. Unfortunately I can test this since I use XL97 which does not have a save as HTML option.

I agree with Steve. You could test this by entering

?UBound(ActiveSheet.ConsolidationSources)

in the Immediates Window (Alt-F11, CtrlG if Immediates Window not visible), then select each sheet, click in the above line in the Immediates Window and press Enter; if you get a return of 1 or higher, you have a Data Consolidation function active on the sheet.

To expand on John's suggestion you can use this routine and it tell you what sheet has consolidation on it.
