    Officelinks missing (2000 9.0.6926 SP-3)

After a bad power supply caused an unrepairable Windows 2000 Pro installation, I had to reload into a new directory (C:win2k instead of c:winnt). After much tweaking, the machine is almost back to normal. Only thing is officelinks button is greyed out/unavailable. I've installed and uninstalled office about 10 times. Anyone know where these buttons are enabled? Reformatting and reinstalling is not an option at this point and the user is have a hard time dealing with lack of officelink buttons. Thanks for any help.

I presume you are referring to Office and not Access. If you are uninstalling and reinstalling just Access, then try all of Office, but first I would try a repair of Office and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then I'm afraid you are stuck with reformatting and reinstalling from scratch.
