    Error Number 0x800420CD

    I have a message "stuck" somewhere between my ISP and my inbox. When I try to retreive my messages, I get the following error message:
    "Message number 1 could not be retrieved. ERR unable to open that message, Server Error 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD."
    I have called my ISP and asked them to delete the message but the ISP claims that this message is not on their server as it has been "delivered" to me.
    Any suggestions on how I can get rid to this error and either retrieve or delete the message?

    Thanks

    get <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.softseek.com/Internet/E_Mail/Notification_Utilities/Review_22180_index.html>magic mail</A> and look at your box yourself. delete the oldest message (and other junk while you're in there <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>)

    ZDNet messed with that link. Try this one:

    This is my favorite part of the FAQ:

    Q: How do I uninstall the program?

    A: Unfortunately the program does not currently have an uninstall feature, so to clean up your system you are to perform these steps:

    1. run regedit.exe and delete whole key HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareOrient Lab;

    2. in any explorer's window, in menu ViewOptionsFile Types remove Magic Mail Monitor Document item;

    3. delete all unnecessary program files.
