Turn off 'Change Tracking' (Outlook 2002)

IT has recently upgraded my pc, and with it, my Outlook. I was confused enough in the last version when "Track Changes" or something like it somehow got turned on, but I can't remember if I did something to turn it off or if it just went away. Well anyway, I've had Outlook 2002 for two weeks now, and here again, I get mixed color text (black and 80% black, actually), all of a sudden, which I presume to be change tracking highlights. How did I do that? What can I do to prevent myself from doing it again? And How do I turn it off? Thanks in advance for your help.
