Frame to Different Website (2002 SP2)

We have a framed webpage with a header and body. The header shows our company info, the body is another website, hosted by another company. The body website has a log in screen. It looks like a form. When the user fills in the user name and password to log in, the next page opens up in the same window without our header frame. We'd like to have our header stay, obviously. Is there anything I can do on our end to make the log-in site open within our header frame?

By default, a new page should open in the same frame. There are some ways to "escape" from frames, including a TARGET attribute in the original page and JavaScript in the new page. If the other site is using such code, no, you really can't block it directly.
