I assume that you meant to write "Excel worksheet" instead of "Access worksheet".

Excel doesn't have an option to export to Access, but Access can import Excel worksheets. Open the Access database into which you want to import the Excel table, and select File | Get External Data | Import...
In the Import dialog, select "Microsoft Excel (*.xls)" in the Files of Type dropdown list.

You can import a worksheet or a named range.

You can do that from within Access.

Open your database (or create a new one) and choose File, Get external data, Import. IN the bottom dropdown (filetypes) select Microsoft Excel files and browse to the file you wish to import.
