Losing grid in Query view (2002)

    Hi,

Every now and then I design a query on my PC that has a screen resolution of 1600x1280. When a user with a lower screen resolution tries to view that query they often cannot see the grid because it is somewhere off their screen. I am sure there is an easy way to view this but I cannot find it. Any ideas? Thanks

As far as I know, you will have to save your queries keeping in mind that others have smaller screen resolutions.

    A crude workaround is:
    - switch to SQL view,
    - copy the SQL to the clipboard,
    - start a new query, but don't add any tables,
    - switch to SQL view,
    - paste the SQL from the clipboard,
    - switch to design view.
You'll lose formatting of the fields, though.
