Missing Start's 'Help & Support' (WIN XP Pro SP-1)

When I click Start and then try to open "Help & Support" nothing happens #$%^&&*

Is there some part of WIN XP PRO that I haven't installed which I should have selected to install during setup ??

I have the following Windows Components installed -

    Acessories & Utilities
    IE
    MSN Explorer
    Network Services
    Other Network and File Services
    OE
    Update Root Certificates
    Windows Media Player
    Windows Messenger

    NOT selected are -

    Fax Services
    Indexing Service
    Internet Information Services
    Managment & Monitoring Services
    Message Queuing

Is it that one of the unselected components that is the problem, or what is it ?

Can anyone please help me (no pun intended !!)

    Cheers n Tears
