Hide a query from users (Access 2000)

How do I hide an update query from the user. Because this query updates some numbers in a table, I don't want the user to run it. I need to hide the query and be able to unhide it when I make an adjustment. Thank you.

Right click on the query in question, choose properties and set the checkbox to hide the query.
Next make sure that the options to clear the Hidden objects is clear.

To enable the query to be visible again, just set the Hidden objects checkbox in the options, and the query will just appear.
