    Sasser Worm Patch Faulty

    According to the Mary Jo Foley Microsoft Watch web site http://www.microsoft-watch.com, has reported that the new patch for Win2K to close the hole the Sasser worm is sneaking in is flawed and leaves some systems un-bootable.

    I also wanted to point out that I installed the patch a month ago, or a few weeks back when ever it was released and have not had any problems. However it looks like the British Coast Guard isn't up to date on their windows patches.
