    Last Used (97 2000)

    Hi,

We will be deploying Off XP soon. We have many users with Access 97 or 2000 who may not use them (and so won't need 2002).

Is there anything in the oper system (Win XP , NT) that can be queried or inspected (by software (eg Marimba)) that we can use to see when Access was last used (sort of a date/time stamp)?

    Thanks in advance.

The Most Recent Used file is listed in the registry under HKCUSoftwareMicrosoftOffice8.0AccessSettings. You might check the timestamp of the most recent file. Of course, this will be of no use in a shared environment.
