    Open Folder (XP)

I'm sure there's an easy way to do this. I searched the forum, but it's such a broad subject, I couldn't find anything on it.

What I need is to automatically open a specific folder upon execution of a macro.

The folder resides on a network server.

    Thanks!

What do you mean by "open a specific folder"? Run Windows Explorer? Display an "open file" dialog set to that folder? Something else?

    Use something like this:

    Shell "Explorer.exe /e,serversharefolder"

To force the Explorer window to the front you can add the vbNormalFocus paramter (or other variations),

    Shell "Explorer.exe /e,serversharefolder", vbNormalFocus
