    can css do this?

Hello, I have a site with about 20 pages. On most pages I use tables and the left table is effectively the menu bar. I have prepared a child-table to insert into the space with all the links etc.... is there an easy way to add this table to the css file.. with a view to editing it once and calling it for several pages? cheers

    Re: can css do this?

CSS isn't exactly what you're looking for. You actually need Server Side Includes (SSI).

Check out this example (geared toward ASP): http://www.powerasp.com/content/code...s/includes.asp

This feature is not limited to ASP compatible servers. You can also do this on non-Windows servers, however the file extension that is typically required for this is .SHTML (based on server settings).

    Hope this helps!
