    Import spreadsheet (2000)

This should be easy, but I can't figure it out.

I have an Excel workbook into which I want to put the contents of another Excel spreadsheet (from a disk file).

The import can use all of Sheet 2 as I will be creating formulas, etc. on Sheet 1.

Can't you just open both workbooks and copy the sheet and paste it into the target workbook. Or am I not understanding something?

    Legare:

Thanks for the suggestion. We'll go with that if we have to, but I was hoping for a solution that I can embed in a macro for other users, as in "Click here to load Payment Report."

Ralph, when you posted you needed to specify that you are looking for a macro to automate the process. It sounds like you might want to import a Range rather than an entire sheet. Do Hans' responses in the thread starting with <!post=this post,246475>this post<!/post> help?
