    SSL on a webserver

I need to set up SSL protection on a folder and sub-folders. aside from knowing what 'SSL' means and noting that IIS has a setting to Require SSL for Authoring (which doesn't *sound* like what I want) -- any suggestions?

Steve, you've gotta start using Google: http://www.verisign.com/SSL

It's the first one in the list when searching for SSL

Hopefully your host offers a certificate you can piggyback on. Otherwise, it's a bit of a hassle.
