    RE: Norton SystemWorks

I have loaded Systemworks onto my machine and then tried to update the antivirus software. The date I recieve is Virus Definitions 15/8/2003 and that my definitions are out of date. I had a previous version of Norton Antivirus which was up-to-date. How can I rectify? Thanks.

Version is 2004 and subscription date is 10/5/2005. All a bit of a mystery.

Check the Symantec Knowledge Base . Select your product, version and then search on "definitions out of date" or other key words that describe your situation. There are many articles on this issue.
