Printing details of attached documents (2003)

We have some staff who still believe paper copy is the definitive copy. As such they print all emails and insert them in the client files (even though we have a very comprehensive electronic client file system). We have just released new computers to all the punters and made the decision to move to Office 2003. Emails printed from 2003 do not show the documents that are attached.

As you can imagine this is causing a bit of consternation around the place!

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem? I have done Google searchs for all sorts of topics to no avail.

    Cheers

HTML formatted messages do not print the names of attachments. This forum has many discussions on that issue, including the one where you have asked about VBA code.

Thanks, John. Once I changed to Rich Text, the printed email shows a picture of the attachment (Word icon), with the name of the attachment.
