    Hi,

I want to send a Powerpoint show where I used a font which the recipient won't have on his PC

    Re: Embed TTF? (2003)

With the presentation open, select Tools | Options...
    Activate the Save tab.
There is a check box (at least in PowerPoint 2002 and before, I don't have 2003) labeled "Embed TrueType fonts".
Tick the check box, and select the most appropriate embedding option, then click OK.
This setting applies to the current presentation only.

Note: if your presentation contains fonts with a limited license, the recipient may get an error message that (s)he has no permission to use the font.

What Hans said, Bob. But also see http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00076.htm for more info about embedability.
