    Outlook alternatives (Outlook 2000 SP3)

My friend Rita is using Outlook 2000, but only for the calendar / schedule feature. She is quite frustrated by the fact that many of her reminders don't work. She has already tried using the standard fix: "Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch."

I have used Ecco Pro for many years. Even though it is an old version, and the program is no longer supported, it still works fine for me. But Rita does not want to start using an unsupported program.

I would like feedback from any of you who have found a good alternative to the Calendaring features of Outlook.

You may want to post this in the Software Finds/Wants board. Since you're asking for an alternative to Outlook, that would probably be your best bet.

    Good luck!

Thnaks for the suggestion - I have posted the message over there too. Hopefully this cross-posting is OK.

Sandy, I took a look at it.

It might be a little too "fresh and green" - Rita is looking for some programs that have a long track record on the Windows platform.
