    Rounding

I am using Access 97. I have an Overtime field in a table. I defined it as number, fixed, 1 decimal place. I try to enter 1.5 (in a form using this field) for 1 1/2 hours but it keeps rounding up to 2. How can I stop it from rounding. This is simple but I can't figure out how to stop it from rounding.

What kind of number is it defined as. If the "Field size" is defined as integer or long integer, those can't have a fractional part. It needs to be defined as single or double to have a fraction.

Thanks - I did figure this out. I had it defined as long integer. I changed it to double. Thanks.
