    E-mail Merge (Office 2000)

    I am trying send an e-mail merge. I am creating it in Word and merging with an excel document. When our other office sends the e-mail it is putting "1 Page 1 May 20, 2004" at the bottom of all the e-mails that are sent. I have tried this on other 2000 machines in our building and it doesn't happen.

    Also when sending an e-mail how do you turn off the box for every message that goes out for the virus alert. I have to click yes twice on each message.

    About your second question: one of the workarounds is to install Express ClickYes (free)
    Other workarounds can be found on http://www.slipstick.com, but I can't reach that site at the moment.
