    Office (Office 2M)

I'm trying to print return address labels but can't reduce the font size to fit the address on the small (.5"X1.75") label. Also, how do I preview the printing? <img src=/S/brickwall.gif border=0 alt=brickwall width=25 height=15>

There are at least two ways you can reduce the font size. If you're using the Tools/Envelopes & Labels/Labels dialog box, then before you start, change the font size. You can do this by clicking in the font size box on the formatting toolbar, selecting a smaller size, & pressing <enter>.

Once your labels are created, you can select them, & use the same technique to make the font smaller. In fact, you can press Ctrl+Left bracket "[", which will make it incrementally smaller. I guess that's at least 3 ways. <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>

Oh, press Ctrl+F2 to change to Print Preview.
    Cheers,
