Rename E-Mail (Outlook Express latest version)

I have a question re: Outlook Express. I get a lot of email with poorly thought-out subject lines that I need to save. One example is minutes from meetings that have only the name of the organization, but do not even say minutes, much less give the date of the meeting. Is there a simple way to save them to a file under a new subject line, without forwarding them to myself?

Create a new folder for each topic (eg. - ABC Corp Meeting Minutes) and set it up to list the files in the order received. You could create them as sub-folders of your Inbox or create a Storage folder and put them all there. HTH.
