Subtotal hotkeys (Excel 2002)

    Is there any way to collapse or expand subtotal with hot keys on the keyboard (CTRL+1) or something like that?

    I do not think there are any builtin ones. You could create your own macro codes and then add a shortcut to them. The macros would use the "ShowLevels" Method of the outline object (which is also used for subtotals)

    This example displays row levels one through three of the outline on Sheet1.

Worksheets("Sheet1").Outline.ShowLevels rowLevels:=3
