    Caps Lock

I just bought a new system with W2K for our office. This is the first time I've used this OS and I'm trying to learn as I go. Two problems have come up already. First, is there a way to activate Caps Lock at start up? I've found Num Lock On/Off in the BIOS, but no reference to Caps Lock. Second, in W98 and WinME there is a utility called msconfig that I found useful, but seems to be missing in W2K. Is this hidden or is there an equivalent program available?

    CapsLock - I don't believe so.

MSconfig - I think the nearest you can get to it is:
Start | Settings | Control panel | Administrative Tools | Computer Management
then expand the System Information folder.

If you want another shortcut to it, make a convenient copy of the shortcut you should find in:
...Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart MenuProgramsAdministrative Tools

Thanks for the help. I'll try the msconfig work around when I get to work. Bummer about the caps lock.
