    Cannot print HTML (Outlook 2000/WinXPPro)

Just in the past few days I can no longer print HTML messages.
I recently upgraded from XP/Home to XP/Pro, did not reinstall Office 2000, and caught up all Windows Updates and Office Updates
I suspect it is related to the print preview problem in 222320, but the workaround described there does not help.
Any ideas as to what has caused this and how to correct. I can cut & paste to Word, but bacground does not transfer.
This is the error in the attached screenshot.

There was a similar problem in <!post=this thread,254706>this thread<!/post>, and some suggestions from SparkyPatrick, but we did not seem to get the problem resolved. (MSKB seems to be brain dead right now.)

This may be caused by missing registry entries. A possible solution to this has been posted on the Experts Exchange Forum
