    HTML warnings (MSO 2KSR1-a)

If I have my email set to default as HTML format, I get a warning every time I go to send an email -- "plain text recipient warning"...

is there any way to turn this off?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

I don't remember ever seeing that message, but then, I hardly sent any HTML-format messages and it definitely was not my default.

Are you sure this is a built-in feature of outlook and not something caused by an Add-in or custom form?

Maybe it's caused by having particularly rich stationery.... if you default to HTML with no stationery, do you get the message?

    Jefferson:

You're right... I found it... one of the (group) recipients was set to "Text Only", thus the warning...

    Thanks
