Zero for Hypehn in Zip (2000 SR2)

I'm helping someone who imported a database. The zip code field has a "zero" where the hyphen should be. Any suggestions as to the easiest way to update this?

    Thanks!

These are all 5+4 zip codes?

Create a query based on the table.
Add the zip code field to the query grid.
    Select Query | Update Query.
In the Update To line, enter <code>Left([Zip],5) & "-" & Right([Zip],4)</code> where Zip must be replaced by the actual name of the zip code field.

If the zip codes are a mixture of 5 digit and 5+4 digit codes, the expression will be more complicated.

There are lots of records, but the ones I've looked at are all zip +4. This should work great! Thanks.
