    Checkbox or Textbox? (2000)

I used the Table Wizard to create an Addresses table. The Wizard offers a "SendCard" field that is Yes/No, and I included that field. Then in Design View I added another Yes/No field of my own.

Next I built a quick Data Entry Form, and I used Insert > AutoForm. The Yes/No field that I added appears on the form as a Checkbox, but the "SendCard" field displays as a TextBox. I'd set the default value to Yes, and "Yes" appears in the TextBox. I tried converting the TextBox to Checkbox, but that choice is grayed-out! I tried deleting the field from the form and then adding it back by dragging it from the Field list, but again it displayed as a Text Box. Is this a bug in the A2K Table Wizard?

Open the table in design view.
    Click in the SendCard field.
Activate the Lookup tab in the lower portion of the table design window.
You will see that Display is set to Text Box. Change it to Check Box.
    Close and save the table.
Next time you drag the field to the form, it will be a check box.

Alternatively, put a check box on the form, then set its Control Source property to SendCard.
