    It's the footnote (#9). The footnote and the text won't both fit on page 6, especially with such a large footer.

    FWIW, it's generally a bad idea to use blank paragraphs as spacers, for a variety of reasons. You should develop paragraph styles with the desired space before/after settings.

    Updated document attached.

    I displayed formatting marks and then positioned the cursor after the paragraph mark following the last word and pressed delete twice to remove extra paragraph marks at the end of the document. This altered the page numbering so I reset that as well. When paragraph marks are deleted it is good practice to make sure other formatting has not been changed.
