Variable Length in Form's Text Box (Access 2002)

I have a text box on a form where someone can enter notes into a memo field. This field has a fixed length of approximatley 5 lines with the font I'm using. A lot of the time, the notes entered would only be one line and other times 10 lines. I would like it if I could select a 'Can Grow' or 'Can Shrink' option to only display the text that is shown and eliminate the empty lines (similar to what you could do on a report). Is this something Access offers or can it be done some other way?

Thanks in advance for any help.
    Regards,
    Drew

Personally, I would find it rather disconcerting to see a text box on a form grow and shrink; the effect is quite different from a report that is meant to be printed. But if you would like to try it, check out AutoSize TextBox on Stephen Lebans website.
