Powerpoint save as .html>want to automate show (PowerpointXP)

    Hiya

I have a powerpoint presentation that I've converted into .html. I will email the html link to users.
On the bottom right hand side of the web page screen there is a button Slide Show. i
is there a way that when users click open the link it start the slide show straight away?
can I automate this? or is it just too time consuming?

Web page authors often want to run code automatically when a page loads. To do this, they include <code>onLoad="NameOfJavaScriptFunction()"</code> in the page's <BODY> tag.

Is the little button a regular link? JavaScript can "click" a link, as long as it understands how to identify that link. Best is to add something like <code>ID="StartShow"</code> to the link.

If the button isn't a link but instead runs a JavaScript function, just use the name of that function in the onLoad statement. (Have I got everyone turned around in a circle yet?)

If someone has one of these exported HTML things handy, see if you can do any of the above.
