    search engines in IE (IE6)

I have Google, Yahoo Companion and Web Crawler as my search engines. They are located in my View/Toolbars dropdown.

They are all ticked but do not automatically drop down when I power up.

When I untick Yahoo Companion, Google drops down. When when I untick Google, Yahoo drops down. When I untick Web Crawler, nothing happens. Lock the toolbars is ticked. I should like Web Crawler to be always available.

    Help please.

Re: search engines in IE (IE6)

If you unlock the toolbars and rearrange the items to your liking, do you get the desired results? I tend to organize my taskbar/Explorer/Internet Explorer toolbars in a way that I choose and then lock them again afterwards. My theory here is that with the toolbars locked, selecting/deselecting the individual search engines is working, but they are not displayed as you would expect them to be - needing only a little rearrangement to appear.
