    Mail Merge to Email

Using Word 2000 Pro and Outlook 2000 Corp. I think I'm missing something. Mail merge to letters gives you the chance to go to new document to check for errors. However, if merging to email, the message is instantly sent. Is there anyway to pause it before sending? I hope that's clear and thank you in advance for your help.

    Re: Mail Merge to Email

In a way I think you have answered your own question Tibbs. If you want to check the process for errors, you can merge to a new page and check that page, then run the merge to email. Alternatively there is the Check for Errors button which will simulate the process and report errors in the process. Hope this is useful <img src=/S/wink.gif border=0 alt=wink width=15 height=15>

Thanks Mike. You're right of course. I just hadn't thought it through logically.
