Wrapped text cells aren't the same as printed. (Office XP)

    Hello,
I have several cells that I have formatted to wrap text. The row's height is about the size of three rows (63.00), the font size is 14 and the cell is formatted to center both horiz and vertically. When I enter OC 7:30 -5:30, it appears as "three rows" of text on the screen. "OC" followed by "7:30" and finally "-5:30". Perfect. But when I print the spreadsheet, the cells look like two rows with the "-5:30" on the second row. What I end up doing is experimenting by entering spaces after the character(s) that I want to start appearing on the "next row". The reason I don't actually use three rows is so that I can have it centered vertically when I only have enough information for "two rows".

Is there an easier way to do this so that it prints what is on the screen? or perhaps there's another character that I can enter to tell it to appear on the second wrapped line?

You have found out that Excel is not really WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). The printed output will often differ slightly from Normal view and even from Print Preview, especially when wrapping text in cells.

You can force a line end within a cell by typing Alt+Enter.
