Display name in e-mail addresses

In the contact list for outlook, there are two e-mail addresses - one for the display name and the other for the actual e-mail address. When printing out the address cards, only the display name shows up. Is there a way to make only the actual e-mail address show up when printing?

Re: Display name in e-mail addresses

I do not know of any simple solution to this. You can right click on the display name for the e-mail, choose Properties, and copy the e-mail address into the display. That, of course, has to be done for each record.

You might consider exporting to another program, like Excel, where the actual e-mail address will be displayed. The downside to this method is that ALL fields are exported, so the Excel file has to be cleaned up before it can be printed.
