    Format of zero character (2002)

Is it possible to format the zero character (0) so that it displays with the diagonal line, lower left to top right? This is important for us, as we need to clearly distinguish between 0 and O.

    Thanks!

You don't say under what circumstances people are going to use this slashed zero. Ensuring complance with something that isn't absolutely straightforward might be difficult.

The easiest solution would be to use a font in which the zero already has a slash!

Otherwise <!mskb=211315>Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 211315<!/mskb> has some suggestions, for Word 2000 and above.

Additional suggestions from the Word Gurus...

PS Later... I see that Tony has beaten me to it, during my research!

Thanks, John. I appreciate your reply, even though (as you say) Tony beat you!
