Linked objects cut off (XP 2002)

    Hi

One of our users has an excel spreadsheet linked to a word document. On his PC the bottom section of the linked object is cut off. If the spreadsheet is inserted without maintaining the links then all the spreadsheet will display. It works fine on other machines. I have looked at the difference in settings but nothing appears glaringly obvious. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Different printer? Inkjet printers usually have a much larger non-printing area at the bottom of the page than laser printers.

Also, check out WD2002: Rows or Columns Are Missing from a Pasted Microsoft Excel Worksheet.
