    search registration

I am sorry i don't know the technical terms to use, but do I have to pay to have my web site listed on major search engines? I am using FP2000 and have "keywords" set up, but am understanding that I have to register the site with the search engines? Thanks in advance!

No, you don't have to pay. Many search engines will let you submit your site to them. Many will pick you up after a while even if you don't do anything. There are some tags (Meta Tags) you can use on your pages to help people find your site more easily once it is listed in a search engine.<A target="_blank" HREF=></A>describes and compares different search engines or try <A target="_blank" HREF=></A> This site is aimed specifically at webmasters who want to have their pages listed by search engines.
And of course, tell people ... everywhere, all the time. "my website is ---"
