Try going to OE>view>text size & select small to large sizes.

Long ago, there was a time when men cursed and beat on the ground with sticks. It was called witchcraft.
    Today it is called golf!

    Bob,

That works fine for the screen fonts. How do I enlarge the printer fonts?

The fonts size is controlled by the sender in most cases.
In HTML and RTF the size can be changed in in each email, in plain text it is controlled by the "Tools, Options" and then the "Compose" tab.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
