    Change Icon (2000)

    Hi,
Just a general kinda question regarding the Icon shortcuts that are placed in Office templates/documents. And this probably applies to all Microsoft Office programs.
Is there a way that the Icons can be designed and displayed instead of the standardised Icons. So databases of templates display an icon reflective of the contents of the document.

Not sure what you're saying here.

Windows displays all files of a certain type (for example .doc files) with the same icon. You cannot change it for an individual file. You can, however, change the icon for a shortcut to a file - right-click the shortcut and select Properties.
