    Excel document from 2000 to 2003 (2003)

    Hello all, i have a question about the new excel 2003. when i open a old excel document made in excel 2000 whit a formula excel 2003 display's #NAME?
    does somebody know a solution for this? With the old excel i still can open my files good...

    Sounds like an addin is not installed.
    Most likely it is the Analysis toolpack.

    What formula does the cell with the NAME error contain?

    It means the function is not available or the name of the function is wrong. A likely cause is the Analysis ToolPak not being loaded. Select Tools>Add-ins and make sure the Analysis ToolPak is selected.

    it's just a simpel sum =U91+U93 etc. and the Analysis ToolPak is selected, i have deselect him and reselect him without succes.....
