    txtBox on a Report (97/2000/2002)

Below is is the contents of a txtBox that I have on a report., would like to know if there is a way to format just a portion to Bold print ([ItemDescription]).
Or is there another way that I can get the same result.

    ="We at "& [CompanyName]&" would like to inform you that the availability of the " & [CategoryID] & " " & [ItemDescription] & " is " & [StatusDescription] & "."

    Thank You Kindly

Text boxes don't support formatting of part of the contents. You can use adjacent text boxes with different formatting, but with texts varying in length, the result is not attractive. The Microsoft Rich TextBox control supports formatted text, but it's a PITA to work with, and doesn't work well on a report.

Another approach we frequently use with reports is to actually create them using Word, either as a Mail Merge, or by using Automation. For one-off reports directed to a single customer, Automation is frequently the best answer.
